Appointments
Initial appointments are made by individuals via email or by telephone. Emails and telephone messages will be responded to within 48 hours.
An accredited counsellor will then call you to arrange an appointment for a consultation session. This will last for 50 minutes and is used as an assesment session to mutually decide on the most helpful way forward for you.
At this stage some counselling sessions will be agreed upon or options for alternative support will be presented.
Counselling sessions usually take place once a week at the same time on the same day with the same person, 48 hours notice is required if you need to cancel your appointment, for which there is a 50% cancellation fee. The full fee becomes payable if no notice is given.
