Join Our Affiliate Counsellor Network:

Northumbria Counselling & Psychotherapy is committed to providing a professional standard of staff counselling to companies in the North East.

Affiliate Counsellors must be registered and/or accredited with one of the following: The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, (B.A.C.P.) the United Kingdom Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (U.K.R.C.P.) or the British Psychological Society (B.P.S.).

Affiliate Counsellors should have at least 2 years post-qualification experience and be qualified to Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or Masters Degree level and provide evidence of Continuing Personal Development.

Affiliate Counsellors will be able to provide references from a current Clinical Supervisor and Employer verifying practice.

Affiliate Counsellors will be able to provide a current CRB check.

Affiliate Counsellors must meet the standards of B.A.C.P. for clinical supervision.
